Northcote Town hall studio 1 is a standalone air handling system designed to serve that space only. It comprises 1 x Actron Air 45kW 3 stage (33%, 66% & 100%) packaged air style A/C c/w full economy cycle and spill air.
The HVAC control system for the airside plant is a COSMOS Open Native BACnet DDC control System manufactured by DEOS control systems Ltd.
The BCOBAOPT system acts similar to an auto pilot in an airplane. It monitors zone & duct pressure, temperature, humidity, IAQ &/or CO2 levels, supply & return damper positions, to determine the volume & quality of air needed in each respective to deliver optimum indoor air quality which maintaining the COBAOPT effect.
The building owner / operator will notice the low level of air conditioning noise. The COBAOPT system dramatically reduces the air speed of each air handling unit while maintaining good air quality and temperature conditions through the use of pressure layers and molecular mixing of air.
